Become a Vendor at the 2026 Syrup Sopping Day at Loachapoka

Vendor Registration Information is below in preparation for the 2026 Syrup Sopping Day at Loachapoka. Links are scheduled to be active around April 2026.

The annual Syrup Sopping Festival, sponsored by the Lee County Historical Society, will be held in October of 2026 at Pioneer Park in downtown Loachapoka, Alabama. In case of rain, the event will take place on the following day of October 2026.

How to Register as a Vendor

1. Review Vendor Space Maps

• Click [HERE] to view the Vendor Maps PDF, which includes all available vendor spaces.
• The vendor spaces have changed so please check the maps!
  
  

2. Complete Your Application

• Online Registration: Fill out the Vendor Application and submit payment via credit card. (A 4% processing fee applies to online payments.)
• Mail-in Registration: Print the Vendor Application, complete it, and mail it along with a check or credit card information to the listed address.
  
  

3, Vendor Space Assignments

• Vendors from last year have until May of 2026, to register and secure their previous locations.
• Starting June 2026, spaces will be assigned on a first-paid, first-reserved basis.
• The festival reserves the right to adjust vendor locations for the best event flow and experience.
  
  

4. Confirmation & Event Details

• You will receive a confirmation email once your application and payment are processed, including your vendor location.
• In mid-September, a follow-up email will provide additional festival details.
