Whistle Stop Pickers
The Whistle Stop Pickers, a group of mountain dulcimer, hammered dulcimer, autoharp, guitar, and banjo players meet weekly to practice and play “old time” mountain, bluegrass, and gospel songs. Mountain dulcimer lessons are given every Saturday from 1-3 pm at the museum. If you don’t have one, but wish to try one out we have extras for you to try. Come join the fun. CD's of the Whistle Stop Pickers are available at Pioneer Park. The "Meet Me At The Station" cd of Old-time music is $10 and the "Tell Me the Story" Christmas CD is $15. They can be purchased with cash or check at the museum.
